I believe we can still enjoy the food we like and still enjoy social nights out with friends and family.

You are making good progress with your diet and fat loss goals and then an evening meal comes up with friends. You start panicking what do you do?

You DON’T have to miss this or be that boring person saying I can’t go out as I’m on a diet and I’m not allowed to eat that. How shit and boring do you sound.

You want to go but also DON’T want to lose momentum with your diet as in the past meals like this have set things back.

Well first of all, all my clients can STILL enjoy meals out with friends and family and they have nothing to fear.

You just need to be a little bit SMART and plan ahead with my AKA Nutritional System you can do just this.

First of all it’s important to understand that one meal WILL NOT undo lots of good work and if you aren’t working to a strict guideline sometimes it can be nice to have an evening where you relax a little with friends and family.

HOWEVER if you do have a timeframe and want to keep things in check below are some easy tips I would advise when eating out while tracking calories.

▶️ Look at the menu in ADVANCE and see what options they have. Most restaurants these days have online menus. This will allow you to work your day or days before the meal around what you are going to choose. So you can bank some calories to allow for that meal out.

▶️ THIS leads on from point 1 but in the build up to the meal save a few calories over a few days. Just banking 200-300 calories a day for 4 days will give you an EXTRA 800 to 1200 calories for the day as-well as your normally calorie allowance. You can also save more cals by going very low calorie or skipping breakfast on the day of your meal.

▶️ FAST for the beginning part of the day. Most of my clients do this it’s a really great way to BANK those extra calories. This can be a real easy way to save calories for the evening but by simply missing or delaying a meal you can add these calories into to the meal out.

▶️ DON’T PANIC If you go a bit over board you can always pull things back the next day. If your best laid plans don’t go to plan remember its only one meal and you can always pull things back the next day or few days. Add in some extra training and drop your calories a bit to make up for those extra calories consumed. Let say you go over by 300 calories on that day just take off 100 calories for the next few days or even 300 calories that next day.
