With all of our AKA plans, no matter if it’s a 8 week or 12 week, you’ll have a plan designed for you and your goals. Each plan with cover the following areas below, to help and guide you to your end result.

Weight Machines

Every gym has dozens of weight machines Pec Deck, Cable Machine, Leg Extension. Weight machines are not as effective as free weights, but they are a safer alternative for those who are new to resistance training.

Free Weight Movements

Using dumbbells and barbells and help to increase the strain placed on your muscles, forcing those contractions and building muscle. Free weight training is considered the most effective form of resistance exercise.

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebells help to build balance, power, muscle and more! A kettlebell is a cast-iron ball with a handle attached to the top of it. Kettlebell training is great for men and women of all shapes and sizes.

High-Intensity Interval Training

HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. The ideally way to strip off body fat.

Nurtional Plan

Food and a healthy lifestyle are the two factors to success. You can't cut corners and neither does AKA. We listen to you and your daily life to find what works for you.

Bodyweight Exercises

This uses only your body weight to force your muscles to contract. It includes exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, and body weight squats.

Results You Can Measure

We track your results in a few ways at AKA. Weight measurements are by far the most important way at AKA. We know it's not always about the numbers on the scales though!

Supplement Advice

We offer advice on which supplements to take to help your achieve your goals. From protein to BCAA's - knowing how to supplement these correctly in a balanced and healthy way, is what can speed up recovery and results.

Track Your Goals

The AKA WAY we track your daily steps as this is a great way to keep your activity levels up and keep moving throughout the day. Perfect for those who train with a smartwatch such as an Apple Watch or FitBit device.

If you train 2 days a week or 3 days a week we can suit your needs and design a training program around you. Training doesn’t have to be 7 days for 3 hours a session. Results come from consistency and having that drive! Therefore we can tailor build a workout plan to suit your lifestyle.
