Adam Ambridge

Lead Transformation Coach

Adam’s approach as a lifestyle and health coach marries his own personal experience with scientific research and data collected from hundreds of clients. He has used this knowledge to develop an individualised approach to lifestyle modification that exists within an evidence based, flexible ‘lifestyle framework’ to promote healthier and sustainable positive lifestyle behaviours.

Adam also specialises in providing ongoing support and expert motivational strategies to enable people to develop the confidence and tools to take control of their own health and wellbeing. Adam’s ability to understand and empathise with the people he works with, due to his own struggles and eventual success at overcoming poor health and lifestyle habits, means that he has been successful in helping many people who have previously tried and failed to reach their health, fitness and weight loss goals.

He believes at the heart of his success is an ability to help people understand and overcome their own perceived barriers and how to cope with triggers to poor lifestyle behaviours.

The block booking is 10 individual personal training sessions for £250. Which is a saving of £50, compared to buying per session.
