My Story


Ok so here it goes. I never post anything like this and I’m absolutely mortified about my before photo, but after 5 weeks of training with Adam Ambridge, here’s my transformation photos. See my testimonial below.

I was first introduced to Adam by a friend of mine who had personal training sessions with him, she had amazing results, so I thought let’s give it a go. I was going on holiday in 5 weeks, and I didn’t feel confident and comfortable within myself. So I decided to have one to one personal training sessions with Adam. I had 2 sessions a week for 5 weeks and what a difference that has made.

The sessions were different every week and were suited to what I wanted to achieve. I started tracking my calories and used an approach called flexible dieting which Adam told me to do so, of which he helped me along my way by giving me different ideas and recipes. This is a great way of eating as I was still able to enjoy social events and still have treats. Before I started training with Adam, I was eating a family bag of buttons a day. I have 3 young children and I found that I was putting them to bed and this was my time for myself and I relaxed by eating chocolate. Adam showed me that I was still able to enjoy my chocolate, just have it over the week instead of the day. Adam was always there to reassure me and help me when I needed, he gave me guidance every day.

I am absolutely mortified of my before photo, but I feel great knowing that in such a short space of time, I have changed the way I look. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. I’m looking forward to carrying on my flexible dieting and I’m excited to see how my body will change in the future months. I’m really pleased I started this lifestyle change, and I highly recommend Adam.
