My Story

Adam is the most motivational personal trainer I have come across as he is full of ideas, enthusiastic, supportive and realistic. Adam is available to talk to 24 hours of the day with many recipes and snacking ideas to keep you on track.

He stays in constant contact via whatsApp with all his clients Monday to Saturday so any help I need or if I’m just having a bad day he is there for me. This really is a massive help for me as I find i struggling outside of the gym with meals etc. Anything I need Adam is just a message away.

In 5 weeks, I have lost over a stone and my body had completely transformed. I have a long way to go but feel I can actually stick to this new lifestyle rather than it just being a fad diet. Adam has set me up on a flexible dieting approach so no food is off limits. Flexible dieting doesn’t even feel like I’m dieting as I’m still having the food I love and crave.

I have finished my block of 10 sessions and I’m truly amazed at what I have achieve in the short space of time. I have signed up for another 10 sessions with Adam. The best thing about flexible dieting is that you can still enjoy nights out and social events with friends and family still enjoying the foods I love and crave in moderation without feeling guilty I’m even having the odd class one wine.

I cannot thank Adam enough for the support and determination he has given me. I highly recommend him to anyone who, like me, finds it difficult to stick with being healthy for more than about 2 weeks!
He really is the best at what he does you will not be disappointed if you pick Adam as your coach like he says it’s the AKAWAY.
I’m continuing you stay with Adam as he has help me so much inside and outside of the gym.
